Hybrid

J3

Also written as J-3

J3 is reportedly one of a small series of unlabeled — J1, J2, J3 and JB — grown at Cactus Country, the cactus garden at Strathmerton in Victoria, and named after the garden's owner. The parents of the series are recorded as lost, so the behind this plant is not recoverable.

HybridNamed clone: One original plant and every cutting taken from it, given a name by a grower.

Drawing of a cross: one column carrying a rounded, nearly spineless habit on one side and a deeply notched, long-spined one on the other.
A hybrid column, drawn — not a photograph of this plant.

Every photo shows another grower how this one really grows. Thank you.

Have a photograph of J3? It goes on this page only if you say it can.
