Glossary

TPM

Trichocereus pachanoi monstrose: the lumpy, irregular form of San Pedro, and the pachanoi counterpart to TBM, growers say. Cuttings off one widely grown monstrose pachanoi line mostly come out looking perfectly ordinary, so the name tells you what the parent was rather than what will turn up in the box.

Every photograph in the yard pages and the shop is of a plant grown here, except where a listing says it was grown by somebody else — it says so on the listing, above the price.
